Scrum Master Salesforce (USA)
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives and reviews. Work closely with Salesforce development teams Product Owners and stakeholders toensure timely delivery. Track sprint progress manage risks/dependencies and drive continuous improvement Facilitate backlog grooming estimation and release planning Prepare and share Agile metrics status reports and delivery updates

Required Skills:
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Hands-on experience working with Salesforce teams/projects (Sales Cloud ServiceCloud Lightning etc.) Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC Experience with JIRA/Confluence and Agile reporting metrics Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred CSM/PSM certification Experience working with US-based customers and distributed teams
