We are looking for a Senior Hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud Architect with strong experience in Healthcare Provider domain Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and Agentforce.

- Hands-on expertise in:
- LWC
- OmniScripts / OmniStudio
- Flows
- Apex & Core Salesforce Development
- Integrations & APIs
- Design and build Provider 360 solutions across Business Account Provider Group/Facility and Practitioner levels.
- Develop Salesforce UI solutions to display interactions claims disputes authorizations and credentialing data.
- Integrate Salesforce with Databricks/Data Lake and external APIs.
- Build AI-driven Agentic interfaces for provider insights relationship scoring and account summarization.
- Lead architecture solution design and hands-on development activities.
- Experience with Databricks integrations.
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
