Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in OmniStudio Omni-Channel Salesforce development integrations AI and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Demonstrated experience across the full Salesforce development lifecycle: requirements gathering technical analysis solution design development testing deployment and support.
Experience delivering large-scale end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and Omni-Channel including configuration development and implementation.

Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components including OmniScript DataRaptor FlexCards and Integration Procedures.

Experience with Omni-Channel routing queues skills-based routing presence/status configuration and agent workload management.

Good knowledge of Apex OOP Triggers Visualforce Lightning Experience Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce design patterns.
Experience with Salesforce configuration security automation Knowledge Experience Cloud Reports and Dashboards.
Strong experience designing and developing REST API integrations using MuleSoft Kafka or other event-driven integration platforms.
Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and/or AI technologies including AI-powered agents generative AI prompt engineering AI automation or integration of AI services with Salesforce.
Understanding of responsible AI practices AI security data grounding and Salesforce AI capabilities is a plus.
Experience designing scalable secure and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Experience establishing CI/CD and Salesforce deployment pipelines using Git Copado or similar tools.
Proficiency with Jira Git VS Code and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong experience with Salesforce testing debugging performance optimization governor limits bulkification and asynchronous Apex.
Experience supporting Salesforce production environments and resolving complex technical issues.
Strong communication problem-solving architecture and collaboration skills.
