Role Overview
An opportunity is available to join an agile team within a Commercial Credit Technology organization. The selected individual will contribute to current business objectives as planned and prioritized by the platform management team. This role involves developing enhancing testing supporting maintaining and debugging software applications that support business units or support functions following established procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A degree in a relevant field such as B.E. B. Tech M.E. M. Tech BSC MSC BCA or MCA preferably with an IT or CS specialization.

Requirements:
- 7 years of overall software development experience
- 4-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong Salesforce development skills including:
- Apex
- Triggers
- Batch Apex
- Visualforce
- Lightning Components
- Salesforce APIs
- Experience working on highly customized Salesforce environments
- Strong hands-on integration experience with MuleSoft or similar enterprise integration platforms
- Experience building and supporting multiple integrations
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions and improvements
- Experience participating in technical design discussions
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the onsite team to determine needs and customize existing technology to meet requirements.
- Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
- Maintain and support multiple projects and deadlines.
- Document and report on application specifics.
- Create technical specifications and test plans.
- Develop automation test cases using automation tools.
- Provide weekend on-call support during application releases.
- Provide Story Point estimates and design.
- Review code and ensure governor limits are considered.
- Mentor junior team members.
Education: A degree in a relevant field such as B.E. B. Tech M.E. M. Tech BSC MSC BCA or MCA preferably with an IT or CS specialization.
Experience:
- 6-10 years of professional experience including at least 6-8 years on the platform. Experience with at least 3-4 implementations for large enterprises involving significant customizations is required.
- Work experience with Mule or ETL integration with knowledge of at least 3 to 4 integrations is necessary.
Technical Skills:
- Salesforce (SFDC) Mule ESB and Automation Testing.
- Experience with the technical platform including Apex triggers batch Apex Visual force and advanced components like the Chatter API.
- Knowledge of Salesforce recommended best practices for design and development.
- Experience using automation tools to develop automation test suites.
- Deployment experience using complex enterprise release management and knowledge of Metadata API.
- Experience building integrations and interfaces using the SFDC Web Services API.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification or higher.
- Extensive experience working in a Safe Agile framework and an onsite/offshore model.
- Experience with projects based on Agile/XP methodologies.
- Strong problem-identification and solving abilities.
- Understanding of Credit Underwriting Technologies.
- Knowledge of nCino.
- Knowledge of ETL-Informatica.
- Experience with Lightning implementations.
