Job Description:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. 2. Experience in facilitating requirement analysis sessions with large and diverse stakeholder groups through requirements meetings workshops JAD sessions etc. 3. Experience working with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business value risks and constraints. 4. Ability to develop strong client/vendor relationships and develop strategies and solutions of high business value.


The Executive Office of Education is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support critical enterprise Salesforce initiatives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders project managers Salesforce administrators architects and development teams to analyze business needs improve operational processes and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organized professional with strong analytical communication and facilitation skills who can effectively bridge business and technical teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Works with most phases of systems analysis while considering the business and technical implications of the application of technology to current and future business environments.

Duties include: create process change through the integration of new processes with existing ones and communication of changes to business users

Formulate and define systems scope and objectives

Develop and modify moderately complex information

Facilitate the delivery of technical business solutions

Analyze business and user needs document requirements and devise technical solutions

Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.
