We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements optimizing business processes and supporting Salesforce implementation and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring Salesforce solutions align with organizational objectives and user needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.
• Conduct workshops interviews and discovery sessions to understand business processes and pain points.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with Salesforce administrators developers and project teams to deliver solutions.
• Support system configuration testing deployment and user adoption activities.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and validate system functionality against requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements utilizing Salesforce capabilities.
• Create process maps workflows and business process documentation.
• Assist with change management and user training initiatives.
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure alignment with business goals.
