Position- Salesforce BA or Functional BA with Pharma Domian

Location: Jersey City NJ(Day1 Onsite)

Note : Need Pharma Domain exp FDA & GXP

JD:

Salesforce experience on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Analyze business requirements from stakeholders and develop solutions that meet their needs Work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop project plans Develop business cases and ROI analyses for Salesforce implementations and other technology solutions Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement Salesforce solutions for healthcare and pharma companies Develop and maintain business requirements documents including process flows and data dictionaries Ensure Salesforce solutions meet regulatory requirements
