Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • We are seeking a Salesforce Architect
  • Need to have hands-on experience in AI-driven innovation within the EDGE Lead Management Platform
  • Leading the design and PoCs for intelligent features such as AI-assisted SMS and Omni-Channel engagement advanced telephony enhancements and automated inbound and outbound customer interaction solutions.
  • Need someone with custom integrations experience and not like using integrators like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi or anything else.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Mapping complex business requirements to Salesforce capabilities to create cohesive multi-cloud architectures.
  • Data & Security: Designing secure data models access controls and identity management protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Technical Governance: Establishing release management rules guiding development teams and minimizing technical debt (costly hard-to-maintain code) as the user base grows.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Translating complex technical concepts into clear business language for executives ensuring organizational buy-in for new implementations
