10 years of IT experience with 8 years of hands-on Salesforce platform expertise.
Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Experience/Community Cloud CRM and Order Management solutions.
Expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura JavaScript HTML/CSS and Salesforce customizations.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs Boomi APIGEE Kafka SSO and Identity & Access Management (IAM) integrations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture governor limits best practices code governance and scalable solution design.
Experience leading technical teams mentoring developers managing releases and resolving complex production and integration issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
