Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Salesforce Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of professional experience in Salesforce and a proven track record in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.

As a Salesforce Architect you will lead the design and development of scalable and secure Salesforce applications and play a crucial role in aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of Salesforce experience with at least 4 years in an Architect role.
• Proven experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise environments.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading solution design discussions.

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture including Apex Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) Visualforce SOQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices governor limits and security models.
• Experience with DevOps tools and processes (e.g. CI/CD Copado Gearset).
• Proficiency in integration patterns and tools (Mulesoft Informatica etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and other platforms.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and administrators.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development integration and data management.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security and performance standards.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for adoption.
• Manage integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Salesforce certifications such as:

Salesforce Certified Application Architect

Salesforce Certified System Architect

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred)

Salesforce Platform Developer I & II

Salesforce Administrator

Additional certifications or experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
