We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Salesforce Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of professional experience in Salesforce and a proven track record in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
As a Salesforce Architect you will lead the design and development of scalable and secure Salesforce applications and play a crucial role in aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of Salesforce experience with at least 4 years in an Architect role.
Proven experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise environments.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading solution design discussions.
Required Skills:
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture including Apex Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) Visualforce SOQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices governor limits and security models.
Experience with DevOps tools and processes (e.g. CI/CD Copado Gearset).
Proficiency in integration patterns and tools (Mulesoft Informatica etc.).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and other platforms.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and administrators.
Collaborate with business stakeholders project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development integration and data management.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security and performance standards.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for adoption.
Manage integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Additional certifications or experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
