Job Description:
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales distribution and brand presence within an assigned territory. This field-based role focuses on building customer relationships executing sales strategies and ensuring company brands are consistently represented at the highest standard.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated relationship-driven professional who enjoys being in the field owning their territory and making a direct impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key account contacts.
- Drive outside sales revenue and increase distribution of company brands.
- Prospect for new accounts through regular outside sales calls.
- Service the account on every visit including light merchandising.
- Lead schedule and at times execute resets in order to expand portfolio.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet volume and distribution goals.
- Anticipate objections and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure product is in code saleable and properly merchandised.
- Maintain or increase shelf space and secure secondary displays.
- Monitor competitive activity and report market insights.
- Support promotional events grand openings and special dealer requests.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and voicemails.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain company equipment and property in clean working condition.
- Follow all company policies safety standards and recall procedures.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid drivers license personal vehicle and insurance.
- Minimum of two years of successful sales and/or customer service experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- Prior sales experience in a related industry.
Additional Details:
- Field-based role with daily travel to customer accounts.
- Indoor and outdoor working environments.
- Office tasks completed primarily at customer locations.
- Use of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Physical Requirements:
- Regular standing walking reaching and bending.
- Occasional lifting pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs.
- Frequent driving and data entry.
