Job Description:
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales distribution and brand presence within an assigned territory. This field-based role focuses on building customer relationships executing sales strategies and ensuring company brands are consistently represented at the highest standard.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated relationship-driven professional who enjoys being in the field owning their territory and making a direct impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key account contacts.
  • Drive outside sales revenue and increase distribution of company brands.
  • Prospect for new accounts through regular outside sales calls.
  • Service the account on every visit including light merchandising.
  • Lead schedule and at times execute resets in order to expand portfolio.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet volume and distribution goals.
  • Anticipate objections and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure product is in code saleable and properly merchandised.
  • Maintain or increase shelf space and secure secondary displays.
  • Monitor competitive activity and report market insights.
  • Support promotional events grand openings and special dealer requests.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and voicemails.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Maintain company equipment and property in clean working condition.
  • Follow all company policies safety standards and recall procedures.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid drivers license personal vehicle and insurance.
  • Minimum of two years of successful sales and/or customer service experience.

Preferred:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
  • Prior sales experience in a related industry.

Additional Details:
  • Field-based role with daily travel to customer accounts.
  • Indoor and outdoor working environments.
  • Office tasks completed primarily at customer locations.
  • Use of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

Physical Requirements:
  • Regular standing walking reaching and bending.
  • Occasional lifting pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs.
  • Frequent driving and data entry.
