Southern Glazers offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate $15.38 - $25.20 and auto reimbursement. This salary range is an average range for this determining a final offer the company will evaluate a specific candidates education skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

We anticipate accepting applications through September 13th 2026 or until the position is filled

• Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies aligned with sales objectives
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand representation accurate pricing and attractive product displays in retail locations
• Monitor merchandising standards and make recommendations for improvements as needed
• Participate in the coordination of shelf set activities including planning implementation and execution of product displays and merchandising strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize shelf space improve product visibility and enhance overall customer experience
• Periodically assist with covering sales territories during absences or vacancies
• Ensure seamless continuity of sales activities and maintain strong customer relationships
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams such as marketing operations and finance to ensure alignment of strategies and seamless execution
• Collaborate on joint initiatives and provide valuable input to optimize sales processes and improve overall customer satisfaction

• High school diploma required Bachelors degree preferred
• Proven experience in sales sales support merchandising or related roles
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with all internal and external customers
• Familiarity with sales support tools CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Physical typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g. keyboard mouse and monitor) or adding machine
• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking bending reaching standing and stooping
• May require occasional lifting/lowering pushing carrying or pulling up to 48lbs
