What youll do:

• Own flawless entry and maintenance of advertising orders including WideOrbit (WO) workflows
• Assign copy instructions and provide quality control for local/national creative to meet FCC and Hearst standards before it airs
• Review and finalize daily commercial logs for broadcast television; coordinate manual changes with Management and Master Control
• Work closely with Digital Client Specialist to assign copy for digital video campaigns assist with digital order entry and confirmation track campaign pacing and produce month-end delivery reports.
• Use available research tools to analyze data and develop compelling stories that reinforce the marketing power of our media platforms.
• Adhere to deadlines keep stakeholders in sync and communicate closely with Ad Ops (Charlotte NC)
• Keep pristine copy instruction files and manage the monthly materials purge
• Develop sales proposals and presentations for Account Executives.
• Deliver whiteglove service to managers teammates and clients
