As a Sales Support Associate within the Healthcare Payments team at JPMorganChase you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team to meet revenue goals by ensuring a smooth client onboarding process. You will balance client needs with firm policies demonstrating excellent attention to detail and clear communication to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Account Management teams in achieving annual revenue targets.
• Develop a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions products and processes.
• Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders including C-suite executives to complete enrollment materials.
• Review submit and initiate contracts for underwriting and implementation.
• Manage maintenance tasks for incoming account requests.
• Resolve customer escalations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all relevant activities.
