Sales - Sales- Enable advisor productivity and business continuity by ensuring timely accurate execution of operational processes that reduce friction for Advisors and their support staff. By proactively managing access onboarding and system issues you will help Advisors remain focused on servicing clients and growing their business.
- Drive operational excellence and risk mitigation through strong attention to detail sound judgment and adherence to compliance and business standards. You will identify issues early resolve them efficiently and escalate when appropriate to protect data integrity compensation accuracy and regulatory readiness.
- Deliver a consistent highquality onboarding and transition experience for Advisors Marketing Assistants (MAs) and interns. By coordinating documentation system access and workflow completion you will support smooth entry and role changes across the advisory organization.
- Strengthen crossfunctional partnership and issue resolution by serving as a liaison between field offices and centralized technology compensation licensing and marketing teams. Through clear communication and followthrough you will ensure timely resolution of issues and alignment across stakeholders.
- Support a professional compliant and clientready advisor presence by maintaining accurate advisor data marketing materials and branding elements across internal and external platforms. Your work ensures that clientfacing materials are accurate.
- Minimum one to three years of business experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Experience in supporting recruiting marketing and sales (preferred)
- Proficient with all Microsoft applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Outlook)
- Strong organizational problemsolving and followthrough skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Experience navigating complex systems and crossfunctional processes
- Professional communication skills and sound judgment when handling sensitive or timecritical issues
- Experience with Salesforce Zoom platform and LinkedIn is a plus
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $57200.00 to $94400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills.
