Sales Service Representative

• Handle inbound sales calls follow-ups and upsells
• Makes outbound calls to follow up on estimates and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain organized sales records and follow-up pipelines

• Friendly outgoing personality with strong phone and communication skills
• Organized self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable with cold outreach and working toward sales targets
• Willingness to learn about lawn care pest control and seasonal services
• Basic marketing or design experience (Canva social media flyers etc.) is a plus
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
