Looking for an opportunity where you can learn valuable skills work with people and build a career with room to grow MPower Direct is expanding our Chicago team and looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn work hard and develop their sales skills. No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training hands-on coaching and ongoing support to help you succeed. This is a face-to-face sales position. Youll work in assigned Chicago-area neighborhoods speak directly with homeowners introduce them to our energy suppliers program and help interested customers through the enrollment process.
What You Can Earn
- $900$1500/week average earnings
- Weekly pay base pay and Uncapped commissions
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives
- New Start Bonus up to $1500 for qualified new hires
- Top performers can earn $60K$100K in their first year
What Youll Do
- Meet with homeowners in assigned Chicago-area neighborhoods
- Build rapport and have professional face-to-face conversations
- Introduce homeowners to our energy suppliers program
- Clearly explain the program and answer customer questions
- Help interested customers complete the enrollment process
- Participate in daily training and coaching
- Work toward individual and team goal
