Are you a self-driven Sales Professional who thrives on building trusted relationshipsJOIN OUR TEAM!Sales Representative Territory: Central CaliforniaBerger is looking for a high-energy result-oriented Sales Representative to drive growth across a strategic this role you will promote and sell Bergers industry-leading horticultural products to professional growers in floriculture and agriculture youre a go-getter excited by challenge passionate about helping customers succeed and eager to contribute to the ongoing growth of an industry leader this opportunity may be your perfect SUMMARY:Grow an opportunistic territory and position Berger products using your proven consultative selling strengthen and maintain trusted relationships with key targeted Berger as an engaged ambassador within industry associations and closely with internal teams (Logistics Customer Service Technical Advisors etc.) to deliver an outstanding customer a proactive presence in the market by gathering and sharing customer insights and industry customer needs through an established results-driven sales :Degree in horticulture agriculture or equivalent relevant training/ sales success with a solid solution-selling or experience in CEA floriculture and agriculture (an asset).Strong relationship-building and networking motivated and equally comfortable working within a collaborative team to travel regularly within the territory; valid drivers license and passport -savvy and comfortable working with CRM tools and digital sales AND BENEFITS:Annual vacations and flexible personal days;401K and group insurance;Discounts used on Berger products;Employee assistance program;Offer of training and skills CONDITIONS:Permanent position;40 hours per week;Daytime US: At Berger we have been developing and marketing the best horticultural mixes for growing flowers berries market garden products in greenhouses and much more for more than 60 seasons.
