Sales Representative

Location: New York Metro Area (NYC NJ CT)
Compensation: $65000 Base Salary Commission

We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow business across the New York Metro market. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys prospecting building relationships and generating new business opportunities.

• Generate new business through cold calling networking referrals and in-person visits.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive territory growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and close opportunities.
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer records.

• 5 years of sales experience preferred.
• B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
• Background in construction plumbing electrical commercial services or related industries is a plus.
• Proven ability to prospect develop and close new business.
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required.

This position covers New York City (all five boroughs) New Jersey and Connecticut.
