As an In-Home Flooring Sales Representative youll meet with homeowners through qualified company-provided appointments assess their needs recommend customized flooring solutions and guide customers through the entire sales process.

What Youll Do
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.
- Conduct professional product presentations and consultations.
- Recommend flooring solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare quotes and close sales.

What Were Looking For
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Coachable with a desire to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays.
- Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance.
