Sales Representative — Energy | Paid Weekly

• Connect with homeowners and start real straightforward conversations about their energy options
• Explain the benefits clearly so customers understand what switching means for their home and their bill
• Walk customers through a smooth accurate enrollment process with professionalism and attention to detail
• Build your skills daily through hands-on experience training and ongoing coaching
• Show up consistently set weekly goals and hold yourself to them
• Represent MPower with professionalism and grow into leadership as your results develop

• Weekly pay
• New reps average $1200$1500/week as they build their skill
• Experienced reps average $1500$2500/week
• Top performers earn $3000$5000/week no ceiling
• Annual earning potential: $55K$260K
• Fast Promotions: Advance to Team Leader in as little as 1590 days based on performance

• Strong communication skills with a confident positive attitude

• Full-time availability (MondayFriday 11 AM8 PM)
• Must be 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (full training provided)
