- Prospect and develop new business through networking cold calling referrals and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
- Identify customer needs and recommend commercial printing signage promotional products and mailing solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotes proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate with customer service estimating and production teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Follow up on estimates and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Stay current on industry trends printing technologies and competitor offerings.
- 2 years of B2B sales experience (commercial printing experience preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of digital large-format printing and finishing processes is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
