• Generate new commercial and residential leads through prospecting networking referrals social media outreach and community engagement
• Develop relationships with property managers facility managers HOAs retail centers restaurants schools municipalities and other target customers
• Conduct site visits and provide estimates for power washing and exterior cleaning services
• Follow up on inbound leads and convert opportunities into closed business
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM software
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue and sales activity goals
• Identify opportunities for recurring service agreements and long-term contracts

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts including Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn
• Create and schedule content showcasing completed projects customer testimonials promotions and community involvement
• Capture photos and videos of projects and job sites for marketing use

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Attend networking events chamber meetings and local business functions to increase brand awareness throughout Columbus Auburn Opelika and LaGrange
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met

• Track sales activities pipeline progress and customer interactions
• Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts
• Maintain accurate customer records and proposal documentation
• Collaborate with ownership on territory growth strategies and marketing initiatives

• 2 years of sales business development or marketing experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach networking and face-to-face sales
• Experience managing social media accounts for a business preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Organized with strong follow-through and time management
• Proficiency with CRM systems Microsoft Office Canva and social media platforms
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
