Job Summary
We are currently seekingbilingual (English/Spanish) sales representativeswith strong experience inclosing sales both over the phone and in the field.
Requirements & Expectations:- Sales experience preferably in construction-related or service industries
- Strong closing skills and ability to generate new business
- Willingness to learn and be trained in the specific business environment ofUSAGlass
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls (inside sales role)
- For field positions: ability to visit job sites identify opportunities and bring in new clients.

- Strongknowledgeofdifferenttypesofglasstheirapplicationsandindustrystandards.

- Familiaritywithlocalbuildingcodesandarchitecturalapplicationsisaplus.

Schedule:
- Monday - Saturday with one day off within those days.
Compensation:
- $15/hr commissions on sales
- Commission structure may vary based on experience and performance
- Candidates will receive training and ongoing support from our sales team.
