Sales Representative Anthem

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team! This role offers a base salary plus commission allowing you to earn based on your performance. The ideal candidate will have STRONG sales skills excellent customer service and a passion for helping customers. Duties: - Repairing electronics including mobile phones computers tablets game consoles and more - Greet and engage with customers providing product recommendations and solutions - Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate - Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals - Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately - Maintain store appearance restock inventory and assist with merchandising Requirements: - Must be able to handle medium/heavy workload - Must pay fine attention to detail - Must take constructive criticism well - No experience necessary but it definitely helps! Compensation Structure: Base Salary: $15.15-$16.95/hr Commission: Earn up to 10% on every sale with uncapped earning potential Bonus Opportunities: Additional incentives for exceeding sales targets and Google reviews Average Earnings: Our sales team on average earns $22-$30/hr We are looking for hard working ROCK STARS that are ready to join a fun dynamic team!
