Role Summary
Full-cycle contract recruiter supporting Distribution/Sales recruiting team for large enterprise client. Partners directly with hiring managers collaborates with sourcing and coordination teams and owns the candidate experience from screen to offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting for Sales/Distribution roles.
- Hiring manager advisory and influence.
- Internal applicant pool management.
- Pipeline building and talent community development.
- Cross-functional partnership with Finance Comp and Employee Success.
- Contributing to team-level recruiting strategy and pipeline health reviews.

Qualifications :
- 6-10 years full-cycle recruiting experience with Sales/Distribution role focus
- Able to come onsite in San Francisco office
- Strong hiring manager influence skills at senior/executive level.
- ATS proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Degree or equivalent experience.
