• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers highlighting features and benefits.
• Negotiate sales terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with finance service and management teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

• Proven experience in automotive sales locally. Preferably with Ford.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting sales targets.
• Basic understanding of financing options and sales contracts.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
