Job Summary:The Entry Representative in Sales Support is responsible for assisting the sales support team by performing administrative and clerical tasks. They help in maintaining customer databases processing orders and scheduling sales meetings and appointments. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. The Entry Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer : Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Provide product information and recommendations to customers Maintain positive relationships with customers Order Processing Accurately enter and process customer orders Ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on time Resolve any order discrepancies or issues Sales Support Assist sales team with administrative tasks Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations Coordinate sales meetings and events Inventory Management Monitor and track inventory levels Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory counts Communicate any inventory shortages or overstocks Data Entry and Maintenance Enter and maintain customer and product data in company database Update and maintain customer accounts and contact information Ensure data accuracy and completeness Administrative Tasks Manage and organize sales documents and files Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for sales team Handle incoming calls and emails Training and Development Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills Mentor and train new sales support team members High Impact Behaviors: Continuous Professional Development: Professionals should be committed to lifelong learning seeking out opportunities for self-improvement and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
