Sales Porter

The Sales Porter at Lexus ofNaperville is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the appearance of the dealership showroom and lot. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing assistance with vehicle displays vehicle inventory management and customer interactions.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time hourly position in the auto industry. The annual compensation for this role ranges from $32000 to $35000 and is paid addition employees are eligible for benefits such as health insurance paid time off and employee discounts on dealership products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and lot by regularly washing and detailing vehicles
- Assist with customer vehicle deliveries by retrieving and prepping the vehicles in a timely manner
- Assist with vehicle displays including rotating and positioning vehicles in the showroom and lot
- Keep track of vehicle inventory and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the sales team
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers answering questions and directing them to the appropriate salesperson
- Help maintain a positive and professional work environment by following company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of cleanliness in the showroom and lot
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed
