Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator Infrastructure Market

Summary:
The Sales Operations Planning Coordinator Infrastructure Market will lead the coordination and support of cross-functional teams focused on the growth opportunity in the Infrastructure Market. This role drives collaboration between Sales Operations Supply Chain Virtual Design & Construction Product Management and Customer Care to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and deployment of sales initiatives specifically targeting the Infrastructure market.
• Serve as the communication bridge between Sales Operations Supply Chain and other functional teams to align priorities timelines and resource planning.
• Obtain actionable information from sales translating and coordinating data analytics to manufacturing and supply chain to drive product availability.
• Conduct research on industry trends customer needs and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
• Create and implement business strategies that align with revenue growth opportunities in the Infrastructure vertical market.
• Track performance metrics and program milestones to identify and implement solutions and process improvements in support of continuous improvement and agility.
• Prepare executive updates cross-functional briefings and initiative reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Marketing or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in sales operations project management supply chain management or a related field.
• Experience in or exposure to the Infrastructure market MEP systems or technical sales environments is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination and communication.
• Strong analytical organizational and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Power Point and tools such as Salesforce Power BI or Tableau.
