Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Position Purpose:
The position oversees sales strategy processes and performance by conducting strategic analysis of market conditions customer data and branch metrics.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead team coordination on competitive RFPs including bid document preparation margin analysis and client submissions (pricing determined by S&GM/AM).
- Partner with S&GM and sales team to analyze market data ensure all target clients are logged in Salesforce as Leads and assign to appropriate team members.
- Maintain all client contracts in local files and Legal records; track contract details in Salesforce.
- Strategically deploy technology and AI solutions to generate sales intelligence then package insights into actionable resources for Account Manager use.
- Consolidate competitive intelligence gathered by the team to drive insights and increase win rates.
- Build Salesforce reports for S&GM to monitor key performance metrics.
- Oversee price exception requests with facilities ensuring compliance with process requirements from submission through waste profile approval.
- Monitor and track price increase rollout by client and territory.
- Coordinate with Marketing on branch Lead campaigns in Salesforce and align with Sales team as needed.
- Prepare customer vendor qualification packages including certificates of insurance.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
Education / Experience / Background
- Bachelors degree in analytics science mathematics business or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in similar industry or role
- 3-5 years of sales operations marketing or finance experience
- Financial analysis and analytics experience
- Proficiency with Veolia systems including RPM or Salesforce
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize critical issues
- Comfortable navigating multiple or legacy systems
- Collaborative across functional teams
- Confident in escalating issues to senior colleagues when necessary
- Knowledge of or ability to develop expertise in hazardous waste operations
- Technology-oriented with self-directed learning capability
Additional Information :
Pay Range: $70000 to $90000 per year
