What Youll Do

As ourSeasonal Sales & Guest Services Manager youll lead and supervise all front-of-house sales and service teamsincluding box office ticket scanning bar and concessions retail and group salesensuring an exceptional guest experience from entry to exit.

  • Oversee daily operations across all sales and guest service touchpoints: box office/will-call ticket scanning and entry flow bar and concessions retail/merchandise and group sales/VIP fulfillment

  • Supervise train and schedule seasonal team leads and frontline staff in a high-volume fast-paced environment

  • Manage cash handling POS accuracy and nightly financial reconciliation across all sales points

  • Monitor sales performance and drive revenue through upselling guest engagement and operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with Event and Operations Managers to ensure smooth nightly execution

  • Enforce compliance with alcohol service regulations health/safety standards and company policies

  • Lead recruiting onboarding and training of seasonal guest services staff

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest escalations resolving issues quickly and professionally



Qualifications
What You Bring
  • 3 years in sales guest services or hospitality managementtheme park attractions live events or entertainment experience preferred

  • Proven ability to supervise staff across multiple guest-facing departments

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a seasonal/variable workforce

  • Excellent cash-handling and reconciliation skills; POS/ticketing system experience strongly preferred

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills; composed under pressure

  • Availability to work evenings weekends and all scheduled event dates throughout the season

  • Must be21 years of age or olderto oversee alcohol service functions

Compensation & Employment Details

Hourly Rate:$20.00$25.00 per hour depending on experience
Employment Type:Seasonal/Temporary
Expected Season Duration: MidSept Mid-November 2026
Work Schedule:Evenings weekends and holidays required during operational season
