Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution is a full-service commercial and industrial laundry equipment partner with over 110 years of industry experience. We offer comprehensive support services including installation factory-trained service genuine parts replacement site selection financing and store design. We exclusively sell trusted brands Speed Queen UniMac and Huebsch known for durability and reliability.
We serve a wide range of customers including laundromat owners Speed Queen franchise operators and on-premises laundry managers helping them maximize profits and reduce operating costs.
The Sales Manageris responsible forgrowing andmaintainingsales of commercial laundry products within our Direct Distribution channel. Key aspects of this position include leading and developing a team of sales representatives within their assignedmarketsexecutingand implementing results-oriented sales strategies creating and maintenance of business relationships with customers andpreand post-sales support.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of sales professionals and achieveobjectivesthrough effective planning goal setting dataanalysisand future performance projections.
Develop and implement sales strategies that result in increased sales through previously and newly identified geographies or customers.
Implementcompany directed sales programspromotionsand strategies to achieve volume and profit plans while expanding market the full portfolio of solutionstomeet the needs of the customer.
Develop andmaintainstrong professional relationships with accounts in several key disciplines including but not limitedtotraining onproduct features and benefits revenue enhancement opportunities and general technical support.
Stay abreast of competitive activity in the assigned sales territory from the standpoint of products promotional materials sales techniques pricingwarrantyand marketing practicesand provide feedbacktohelpidentifyemerging market and customer trends and opportunities.
Provide cost and profit analysis on all completed sales orders tosubmitto administrative staff foraccuratecosting and commission reports.
May representcompanyat trade shows as well as presenting at sales meetings regional
meetings and other events.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business MarketingCommunicationor related fieldpreferred.
- 5 years of work experience in sales or account management related fieldwith proventrack recordof outside sales.
- Equivalent combination of education training and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of management software programs includingSalesforcestronglypreferred.
- Proficient computer skills including usingMicrosoft Office Suite.
Skills and Abilities:
- Sales and business acumen;Proficientattranslating technical product information into sales strategy to drive understandbudget vs forecastoffuture sales volumes.
- Strong analytical skills: able to gather and analyzelarge amountsof dataidentifygoals explore and select solutions evaluate results implementchange and report activities to upper management.
- Basic Mechanical aptituderegardingmachinery and equipment.
- Strong diplomacyskills;Ability to handle conflict management and business negotiation processes; Ability to partner and form strong working relationships fostering a problem-solving approach.

Standard and Physical Requirements:
- Position involves sittingforprolonged periods standing manual dexterity stoopingandbending.
- Positionrequires the ability tolift carry push and pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally. For greater weightitemsassistive devices will be provided.
- Musthave a valid drivers license. A company vehicle may be provided.
- Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.

For California Colorado and Washington the compensation range for this role is $120000 to $155000 plus eligible for commission and/or bonus . Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications and geographic location.
