The Sales Manager Action Line (Japanese-Speaking) with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for assisting Sales Executives with sales presentation strategy guest questions and sales closing process.

Schedule Details:
Our Sales Department in Honolulu operates 7 days per week including weekend and holidays. 5-day work week will be assigned after training based upon business needs.
Responsibilities
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the sales management team in closing timeshare sales generating maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
- Supervising the sales line through training modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices behaviors and results. Promoting and supporting all aspects of the branded HGVC culture.
- Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGVC standards of integrity quality and service to customers.
Qualifications

Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation quality and continued fulfill this role successfully you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- 2 years proven track record of success in Timeshare Sales is required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Valid Hawaii Real Estate License.
- Demonstrated ability to be professional and communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Fluency in Japanese (reading/writing/speaking) and Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 2 years experiencementoring coaching or supervising team members.
- Previous Sales Lead/TO experience within timeshare.
- BA/BS/bachelors degree
