We are looking for an individual who is able to grow and maintain a customer base has a successful record training others and a strong customer service focus to join our team as SALES MANAGER at our Jacksonville FL branch. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager preferably in the service industry that wants to be a key player on a winning team.

• Prospect for new business using innovative techniques along with cold calling
• Grow customer sales base in residential and commercial markets
• Maintain and expand existing commercial business base
• Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved
• Coach and develop sales & service team using hands on training methods
• Monitor and review performance standards weekly with sales & service teams

• Must have a valid drivers license.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years prior management experience;
• Plumbing and sewer and drain knowledge a plus.
