Sales Manager in Training

Hudsons Furniture is looking for proven sales professionals who are ready for their next challenge. Our Sales Manager in Training Program is designed for competitive results-driven individuals who want to build a successful sales career while developing the skills needed to lead a high-performing sales team.

This is not a traditional management trainee position. You will first learn our business by becoming successful on the sales floor. Youll work directly with customers build relationships close sales achieve performance goals and learn what it takes to succeed at Hudsons before stepping into leadership.

For the right person the goal is advancement into Sales Management within 612 months.

• Proven sales experience or success in a performance-driven environment
• Competitive goal-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence approaching customers overcoming objections and asking for the sale
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Coachable and willing to master our sales process before leading others
• Motivated by performance-based earning potential
• Available to work weekends and peak retail periods

Experience in furniture automotive real estate insurance banking wireless fitness hospitality retail management or other sales-driven industries may translate well into this role.

• Average Sales Associates: $50000 annually
• Strong Performers: Six-figure earning potential
• Top Performers: $150000 annually
• Uncapped commission
