2-Quarter Leadership Track

Quarter 1: Sales Excellence

• Master our proven in-home sales process
• Sell roofing siding windows gutters and doors
• Lead by example through performance accountability and professionalism
• Achieve key performance benchmarks

Quarter 2: Leadership Development

• Mentor and coach new sales representatives
• Lead trainings team huddles and ride-alongs
• Drive accountability culture and results
• Help develop future top performers

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry
• Proven success selling high-ticket products or services
• Strong communication skills with leadership potential
• Competitive mindset and desire to build a high-performing team

Compensation & Benefits

• $150000-$300000 uncapped earning potential
• Weekly commission pay Performance bonuses

Schedule

• Full-time
• Weekend availability required
