Were seeking top-performing sales pros ready to level up. Our Sales Manager in Training role is a 2-quarter track to master our system prove your results and step into leadership in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Master our in-home sales system
• Sell windows roofing siding gutters and doors
• Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture
• Demonstrate consistent accountability professionalism and work ethic
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks

Transition from top performer to team leader by developing and coaching others.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching
• Lead team huddles trainings and sales meetings
• Drive team culture accountability and performance
• Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks

• 3 years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry
• Track record of generating $2M in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services
• Strong communication leadership potential and a competitive mindset
• Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team

• Uncapped Earnings Potential: $150000$300000 OTE
• Weekly Pay: Competitive commissions paid weekly
