Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue and implementing effective sales strategies alongside the Director of Sales. Primarily focusing on generating revenue from room bookings event hosting food and beverage if applicable and other services. This role involves managing client relationships meeting and exceeding revenue goals and coordinating service and activities related to the sales function to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.

The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the Sales Director to ensure the hotel achieves its business objectives. The Sales Manager assists the Director of Sales in meeting or exceeding planned revenue objectives forRevPAR occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong level of experience oh Hilton PEP
