Position Details

• Location: Chino CA (Onsite)
• Industry: Chemical Distribution

• Lead coach and develop a team of sales representatives.
• Work closely with company ownership to learn the business and sales strategy.
• Monitor sales performance margins and profitability.
• Support customer growth retention and territory expansion.
• Assist with hiring training and mentoring new sales talent.
• Collaborate with operations purchasing and leadership teams.
• Eventually take on broader leadership responsibilities within the sales organization.

• 5 10 years of experience in Chemical Distribution Sales (Mandatory).
• Previous experience leading managing or mentoring sales teams.
• Strong understanding of profit margins pricing and profitability.
• Proven track record in customer relationship management and sales growth.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Must be based in or near Chino/Southern California.

• Leadership experience with both senior and junior sales teams.
• Existing network within chemical industrial manufacturing or distribution industries.
• Experience managing incentive-based sales teams.
• Background in specialty or industrial chemicals.
