We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our team atAuffenberg Dealer Group focusing on expanding our Car Wash division in Shiloh IL. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating new business building customer relationships and contributing directly to achieving sales targets within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the car wash market.
• Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
• Present and demonstrate the benefits of our car wash offerings to potential customers.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals on a consistent basis.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to uncover areas for increased sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align efforts and maximize overall success.
• Provide feedback and insights from the field to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.

• Proven track record of success in sales preferably within the car wash or automotive industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in Shiloh IL or willing to relocate.
