P&C Insurance Sales Manager
Multiple Locations Full-Time
125 - 200k DOE commission
Position Overview
Established insurance organization seeking a P&C Insurance Sales Manager to lead develop and grow a team of brokers.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving production improving sales performance increasing accountability and helping build a strong broker sales culture.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in Property & Casualty insurance sales prior leadership experience and a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coach and develop a team of brokers
- Drive growth in overall sales production and team performance
- Monitor pipelines activity levels and closing performance
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
- Establish accountability standards and sales expectations
- Assist with onboarding and development of new brokers
- Work closely with leadership on growth strategy and hiring
- Improve sales processes reporting and overall team structure
- Help increase account size retention and overall production quality
- Support brokers with account strategy and sales development
Qualifications
- Prior Property & Casualty insurance experience is preferred
- Previous sales management or broker leadership experience
- Proven track record in insurance sales and production preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organized process-oriented and metrics-driven
- Ability to coach mentor and hold teams accountable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment
