Experience & Qualifications Needed:

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• 1 years of Finance experience
• 3 years of previous automotive sales experience is required
• 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred
• 1 year of Dealer System Management (DMS) experience

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:

• Lead by example by driving performance fostering accountability and creating a high-energy results-driven sales culture.
• Build strong relationships with customers and employees to deliver an exceptional sales experience and encourage long-term loyalty.
• Coach mentor and develop the sales team through ongoing training performance feedback and hands-on support.
• Monitor sales performance identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to achieve dealership sales goals.
• Assist the sales team throughout the sales process helping overcome obstacles and closing deals when needed.
• Champion continuous improvement by motivating the team to exceed expectations while upholding the dealerships values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
