Sales Kitchen Remodeling

• Conduct in-home and in-showroom sales consultations with prospective kitchen remodeling clients
• Present and recommend kitchen remodeling solutions including cabinet refacing redooring and custom cabinetry
• Develop and nurture leads through follow-up calls emails and relationship building
• Prepare accurate project estimates proposals and contracts for clients
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Represent the Kitchen Tune-Up brand with professionalism at local events and community outreach

• Proven experience in sales preferably in home improvement remodeling or a related industry
• Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to read and interpret basic design plans or product specifications is a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and traveling within the local service area
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
