We are looking for a Sales Incentive Analyst to support the administration and execution of our sales incentive this role you will help ensure incentive data is accurate commission calculations are validated quotas are administered effectively and payments are processed accurately and on time.

You will work closely with the Global Sales Incentives Manager and collaborate with sales leaders program participants payroll partners and other stakeholders. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys working with data brings exceptional attention to detail and looks for practical ways to improve processes and reporting.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Global Support Center in Rosemont IL. Mondays and Fridays are remote and Tuesdays through Thursdays are in-office collaboration days. #LI-Hybrid

As our Sales Incentive Analyst you will:

• Support monthly quarterly and annual commission and incentive calculations.
• Maintain participant assignments territories quotas and incentive plan data.
• Validate payout calculations and investigate discrepancies to support accurate timely incentive payments.
• Support payroll processing and payout auditing activities.
• Maintain clear documentation and effective process controls.
• Prepare recurring incentive attainment and quota reports.
• Reconcile sales and revenue data across Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) and other business systems.
• Assist with annual quota planning activities.
• Support analysis of sales performance and incentive effectiveness.
• Respond to questions from sales leaders and participants regarding commissions attainment quotas and incentive plans.
• Research commission questions and assist in resolving disputes.
• Support communications and educational efforts related to incentive programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy efficiency and the participant experience.
• Assist with testing new incentive processes tools and system enhancements.
• Contribute to ongoing documentation and continuous improvement efforts.

What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Sales Incentive Analyst:

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting Analytics Economics or a related field.
• One to three years of experience in an analytical role such as Sales Operations Revenue Operations Finance Compensation Administration or Business Analytics.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams while taking ownership of accurate timely work.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to delivering dependable support to internal customers.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting sales incentive or commission programs.
• Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence Power BI or similar business systems
