What You Will Do
- Generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach and lead generation strategies.
- Utilize HubSpot and Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline and track progress effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Engage with prospects via calls emails and social media to build relationships and schedule meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas and performance metrics to drive business growth.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 15 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
