The Sales Development Associate is an entry-level sales development role designed to prepare high-potential individuals for a successful career in packaging sales. Through a structured 69-month training program you will gain exposure to our products customers markets and sales processes while working alongside experienced sales professionals.
This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of prospecting customer relationship management business development and consultative selling within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Travel up to 50% is expected as part of customer visits industry events trade shows and sales training activities.
