Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join their team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting sales efforts working with customers and keeping multiple projects organized in a fast-paced office environment.
This role serves as a key point of support for the sales team and dealer network by coordinating information maintaining records responding to inquiries and assisting with a variety of administrative and sales-related functions.
Job Duties:
Coordinate and support outside sales efforts through territory management and dealer outreach activities
Assist with lead generation initiatives and sales support projects
Maintain and update dealer databases and records
Organize and maintain dealer files and documentation
Manage Dealer Portal users and related account information
Respond to retail website inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Prepare and distribute new dealer welcome packets
Maintain sales territory maps and related sales information
Create and distribute sales reports for management and the sales team
Provide exceptional customer service to dealers and retail customers
Assist with additional administrative and sales support duties as assigned

Requirements:
Prior sales coordinator administrative customer service or sales support experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Experience with Epicor or a similar ERP system is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
