As a Sales Consultant youll guide customers through one of the biggest purchases they make while creating an experience that earns their business today and in the future.

You will:

• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget
• Build relationships with new repeat and referral customers
• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads and phone inquiries
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations walkarounds and test drives
• Follow up with customers using phone text email and video
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM
• Learn the Buick and GMC product lineup features technology and available programs
• Work with management to structure opportunities and help customers move forward
• Partner with our finance team to provide a smooth purchasing experience
• Follow up after the sale to build long-term customer relationships
• Deliver an exceptional experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery and beyond

Automotive experience is not required.

Previous experience in retail hospitality restaurants wireless sales banking insurance customer service real estate or other sales environments can translate extremely well into automotive sales.
