We are looking to expand and support our team with someone who is bright driven and a professional individual who is ready to help us continue raising the standards.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: Our structure is built out to increase growth potential while excluding most risks associated with other dealerships in the industry. As you go through training youll be paid a salary and once its over you are paid a base pay with great bonus and commission structure.
Bonuses: Annual Christmas and Vacation bonuses averaging $1700 each
Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k with annual company contributions and Paid Vacation
Advancement opportunities: Our goal for you would be to find a path to advance your career whether its Senior Sales Finance or Management. This path would substantially expedite your earning potential. Many of the positions offer a 6-figure income and present themselves within 2-3 years. What does success look like
Warmly greet our guests and discover their wants and needs. Then youll match them to the one of our luxury vehicles test drive present pricing and utilize negotiating skills then ask for their business. After the financing process youll show customers how to use their all-new vehicle showing them exactly how to utilize all their features and innovative technology. Youll also make calls text and email customers about their interests market yourself build rapport and form relationships with your customers and schedule appointments. Lastly youll attend sales training and meetings to continuously stay up to date one product lineup and knowledge and stay on top of personal and team goals.
